Responsibilities

Facilitate patient access to hospital and clinical systems through scheduling and pre-registration
Conduct insurance verification and collect payments for services
Ensure compliance with Medicare billing practices and third-party payor regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and records

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Associate's degree preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Registration, Hospital Billing, and Scheduling
Knowledge of third-party payors and Medicare billing practices
Proficiency in computer systems and software
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
