Job Description

Risepoint is seeking a Payroll Analyst to manage day-to-day payroll operations for salaried and hourly employees across multiple states. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.

Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day payroll operations for salaried and hourly employees
Manage payroll within the Workday system
Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Conduct audits of payroll data
Collaborate with tax specialists for compliance
Identify and recommend process improvements
Address employee inquiries regarding payroll

Qualifications

3+ years of payroll experience
Expertise in Workday for payroll processing
Understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
