Communicate with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, and email channels in both Spanish and English

Regular coaching sessions to meet key performance indicators

Qualifications

Fluency in Spanish and English
High School Diploma or equivalent
6 months of customer service experience
Comfortable with troubleshooting and issue resolution
Computer savvy and familiar with mobile applications
