Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and oversee all aspects of the current CYO & MTO businesses
  • Build project plans for seasonal, special projects, and new category rollouts
  • Coordinate and attend stakeholder calls, research the competitive landscape, and develop project plans
  • Partner with various departments to identify offerings and limitations, ensure approvals, and automate customer service protocols
  • Operationalize the on-demand process and coordinate handoffs to partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
  • Project Management certification preferred
  • Product management experience
  • Industry-specific knowledge required
