Connexus Energy is seeking an Associate Cashier and Member Services Specialist to provide exceptional service to members, handle inquiries, promote programs, and process payments.
Respond to member requests in person and through various communication channels. Process member payments and balance cash receipts daily. Collect delinquent accounts and promote Conservation Improvement Programs.
High school diploma or equivalent. Two or more years of customer service experience. Strong computer skills and attention to detail. Notary Public certification a plus.
