Job Description

The Restaurant Assistant Manager assists with daily operations of the restaurant and supervises the team in the absence of the Restaurant Manager. Leads and coaches team members to ensure all guests leave satisfied.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service
Conduct second interviews
Maintain a clean restaurant environment
Ensure food items are prepared and served correctly
Monitor cash, sales, and inventory

Qualifications

Full-time availability
Valid state Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead team members
Positive attitude and focus on results
