Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals. Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other methods. Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments.
High School Diploma or equivalent. Pharmacy Technician experience required. HIPAA certification mandatory. Minimum of 3 years of call center experience required.
