Job Description

Provide consultative services and support for human resource issues and initiatives impacting leaders and teammates. Act as a subject matter expert on policies, procedures, and fundamentals of all core areas of human resources.

Responsibilities

Provide advice and consultation to leaders regarding complex issues for assigned division.
Conduct surveys, analyses, and prepare statistical compilations.
Lead project teams in the development and implementation of programs and change initiatives.
Consult with leaders to assess workplace environment and recommend programs.
Act as a subject matter expert for the assigned division.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree required.
3 years of related experience required.
HR certification preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft applications.
