Responsibilities

Supervise accounting for a team of accountants
Deliver financial statements on time
Communicate with clients regarding financial performance
Ensure accuracy of financial statements
Review rent rolls and reconcile bank statements
Collaborate with operational team for budget preparation
Establish departmental goals and procedures
Participate in hiring and performance reviews
Manage audit requests and recommend improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA Eligible or Preferred
Previous property management experience
Experience leading accounting teams
Strong analytical and communication skills
Organizational skills with attention to detail
