Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite supervision of staff
  • Monitor supplies and equipment
  • Communicate daily assignments to staff
  • Inspect work for compliance
  • Develop and guide employees
  • Participate in recruitment and selection
  • Assist in maintaining 'inspection ready' environment
  • Maintain excellent relations with clients and team members
  • Supervise major projects when needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of environmental services/housekeeping experience
  • Lead or prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to train, coach, discipline, evaluate, and mentor employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in English language
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
