Seeking an experienced HR Generalist to serve as an employee advocate and business partner, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Serve as an employee advocate and business partner
Process payroll with minimal errors
Recruit and on-board hourly and salaried employees
Educate, coach, and counsel leaders and team members
Ensure personnel decisions, policies, and procedures are in compliance with regulatory requirements
Identify and implement improvement opportunities for current processes and practices
Lead or provide support in workplace investigations
Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
At least 3 years of human resources experience
Experience in performance management, recruitment, and training and development
Detail-oriented with strong computer skills
Effective communication and leadership skills
