Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehousing activities at our Raleigh facility. You will oversee staff productivity, quality, safety standards, and logistics.

Responsibilities

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent warehousing practices
Measure and report warehousing effectiveness
Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
Ensure shipment accuracy
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Conduct safety trainings

Qualifications

3+ years of warehouse management experience
Logistics knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse software
Effective communication and supervisory skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
