Job Description

Hubbard Supplyhouse is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Lead to oversee safe, accurate, and timely processing of outgoing shipments and deliveries in a family-like atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and provide professional development for warehouse associates
Supervise outbound orders for accuracy and timeliness
Maintain warehouse space cleanliness and order
Assist with inventory integrity and cycle counts
Ensure warehouse security and safety
Provide leadership for the shipping team
Promote safety and maintain high standards of cleanliness

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in similar position preferred
Minimum 2 years in progressive position
Product/applications experience required
Wholesale distribution experience preferred
