Job Description

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
Assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues
Recognize challenges and provide recommendations to management

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent
Pharmacy Technician experience required
HIPAA certified
3+ years of call center experience
Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
