Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means of contact
  • Assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues
  • Recognize challenges and provide recommendations to management

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certified
  • 3+ years of call center experience
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
