Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate new hire process and conduct background checks/investigations
  • Maintain employment records and personnel files accurately
  • Provide support during open enrollment process and address benefits questions
  • Review workers' compensation claims and analyze injury reports
  • Validate and organize payroll actions

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in HR, payroll, or clerical roles
  • Proficient in computer use, including spreadsheets and word processing
  • Valid driver's license required
