Job Description

The Warehouse Returns Clerk position involves handling parts returns, discrepancies, shortages, and core returns for all CMI vendors. Additionally, the role includes receiving, storing, and distributing parts, tools, and products within the warehouse ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

Ensure surplus, incorrect parts, and remanufactured parts cores are returned as per schedule
Issue credits for returned parts and cores
Maintain shipping log of all returns and incorrect part shipments
Prepare parcels for mailing and shipping
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness

Qualifications

High School Diploma
Minimum Two Years Automotive or Heavy Equipment Parts Experience
Forklift Operation and Safety Certification
