Job Description

Warehouse Supervisors ensure accurate product receipt, order fulfillment, and optimization of resources and processes to provide customers with on-time products while efficiently managing operating costs.

Responsibilities

Oversee Inbound/Outbound operations teams in a high volume distribution center
Teach and coach team members to follow processes, discover opportunities to improve processes, and promote engagement
Inspire team to maintain a positive work culture and focus on safety

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
2+ years of previous leadership experience in a high-volume distribution center
Ability to lift 60+ lbs if needed
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel
