Job Description

Join our team as a Weekend Warehouse Team Leader to oversee and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

Supervise shipping and receiving activities
Coordinate appointment schedules and storage requirements
Manage and prioritize workflow
Train, mentor, and motivate warehouse staff
Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock levels
Implement safety protocols and procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
Oversee the loading and unloading of trucks
Collaborate with other departments
Identify areas for process improvement
Conduct performance evaluations
Handle administrative tasks

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
1+ years of warehouse supervisory experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations
Forklift certification preferred
