Job Description

Support the options trading team within Global Equities & Investment Banking by aiding in trade operations such as order entry, trade clearing, documenting errors, and reconciling revenue tracking systems.

Responsibilities

Support the trade processing and billing functions of the Options desk.
Maintain trade order entry systems, order data entry, order time tracking, and resolve trade processing problems.
Ensure accurate client information capture during onboarding.
Assist senior associates and management in the Options business.
Resolve clearing discrepancies with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of financial services industry experience.
SIE preferred but not required.
