Job Description

Join Racetech USA Ltd as a Warehouse Shipping Clerk/Tech Support to manage daily warehouse functions, handle stock, pick, pack, and dispatch orders while providing tech support as needed.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily warehouse functions.
Review delivery documents and input data into the system.
Pick, pack, invoice, and dispatch customer orders.
Reconcile backorders and notify management of any discrepancies.
Update ETAs on the system and advise key stakeholders of any delivery issues.
Book, arrange and coordinate couriers to ensure delivery timeframes are met.
Unpack deliveries and sort products into their assigned warehouse areas and bins.
Conduct regular inventory to ensure physical stock matches units in the system.
Ensure company and warehouse OH&S standards are maintained.
Manage and order warehouse supplies.
Lifting up to 60lb, including overhead (limited).
Be a key-holder.
Microsoft Office experience needed, along with website order processing.

Qualifications

Proven experience working in a busy sales and or warehousing environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and numerical skills.
Good problem-solving skills with a results-driven and logical mindset.
