As the Recruiting & Customer Care Associate, you will be the first point of contact for Tasteocracy Respondents, assisting with resolving questions or issues and ensuring all requirements are met prior to contact.
Be knowledgeable about active research projects, field inbound respondent communication, create a welcoming atmosphere, strive for first-call resolution, ensure qualification requirements are met, and more.
Ability to read respondents' behavior over the phone, cold call pre-existing contacts, assist with host contact, meet daily goals for database cleaning projects, and complete special administrative projects.
Training and metrics included, meet monthly phone and digital channel metrics, meet monthly billability, attend quarterly training sessions, and pass quizzes within given timeframes.
