Job Description

Warehouse Lead position at BEGA North America responsible for assigning and monitoring warehouse personnel's work, transacting work orders, and reporting inventory discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Research inventory discrepancies and report them to Cycle Count Coordinator.
Lead a team of up to 5.
Contribute to and develop SOP's and document Standard Work.
Distribute manufacturing orders to warehouse personnel.
Assist manufacturing department with parts requests.
Oversee the picking of manufacturing orders.
Oversee inventory transactions and material replenishments.
Assist Warehouse Team members in all duties.
Contribute to employee reviews and goals.
Transact all work order part issuing.
Perform other duties as directed by Warehouse Supervisor or required by the company.

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of warehousing and cycle counting.
Knowledge of BEGA inventory system and parts.
Leadership experience in a similar setting.
3-5 years of experience in a similar capacity or environment.
Ability to set priorities and accomplish department goals.
Above average verbal and written communication skills.
Average computer skills.
Excellent communication skills.
