Responsibilities

Oversees and manages all warehouse teams at site.
Performs daily walk throughs to ensure all areas under supervision are cleaned and organized.
Ensures appropriate training and development for all department associates.
Maintains monthly productivity and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports.
Works cross-functionally with other departments for inventory movement.
Assigns support team for waste materials and inventory control.
Holds department staff accountable for attendance and safety standards.
Maintains a safe and clean work environment.
Owns, leads, and delegates special projects.
Completes daily tasks to support production teams.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills.
Competent with computer software.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Collaborative and team-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Able to handle stressful situations calmly.
Warehouse experience of 3+ years.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Scan gun experience preferred.
Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds.
Physical agility for bending, squatting, kneeling, turning, and stooping.
