Join Braum's team as a Shift Supervisor in Norman, Oklahoma. This role involves overseeing shift operations, maximizing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Teach, coach, and lead store crew members
Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction
Oversee shift operations of food service, grocery market, and fountain sales
Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness
Ensure store policies and practices are implemented

Qualifications

Customer focus and work ethic
Positive approach to training and development
Ability to build successful teams
Effective communication skills
Retail experience preferred
High School Diploma or G.E.D
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Driver's License
