Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations and ensure optimal workflow. The ideal candidate will have a background in warehouse management, logistics, and process improvement, with knowledge of cold storage operations being a plus.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to optimize operations.
Oversee materials handling processes for safe and efficient movement of goods.
Monitor team performance, provide training and support, and conduct regular warehouse inspections.
Identify areas for process improvement and manage heavy lifting tasks while ensuring safety protocols.

Qualifications

Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, logistics operations, and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Ability to perform heavy lifting, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in process improvement initiatives.
