Job Description

Join Rappahannock Oyster Co. as a Cooler & Warehouse Team Member to assist in preparing and organizing seafood orders for shipment.

Responsibilities

Pack oysters and clams for delivery and shipment
Work in a cold storage environment
Operate forklifts and pallet jacks
Prepare boxes, labels, and shipping supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
Support farm and facility operations

Qualifications

Reliability and hardworking attitude
Team-oriented
Experience in warehouse operations a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
