Job Description

The Assistant Cafe Manager assists in managing and overseeing the cafe with the Cafe Manager. They manage costs, staff training, cleanliness, and executing recipes to company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Profit and Loss statements, budgets, and cost controls
  • Drive leadership and performance excellence through team training and development
  • Respond to questions, comments, and concerns professionally
  • Emphasize safety, cleanliness, and security awareness standards

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 to 2 years of supervisor or management experience in fast casual restaurants
  • ServeSafe certification within first 60 days of hire
  • CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds
