Job Description

Join our remote Retail Contact Center team as a Customer Service Representative providing exceptional support to customers through inbound and outbound interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls professionally resolving customer inquiries and issues.
  • Assist customers with reservations, permits, and general inquiries following established processes.
  • Transfer customers to appropriate departments when needed and seek management support for complex issues.
  • Document customer interactions accurately, update accounts and system information.
  • Meet KPIs, adhere to company policies, complete required training, and support team goals.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and team members, contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the contact center.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of inbound contact center experience.
  • 2+ years of customer-facing experience in a service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing speed of 50+ words per minute.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
