Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as an Assistant Event Production Manager for managing event production, set-up, and coordination at Grand Central Terminal.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing key event relationships and stakeholders.
  • Manage event production in various event spaces within Grand Central Terminal.
  • Coordinate event marketing promotions and signage.
  • Assist in managing retail and dining tenant events.
  • Track building services and create invoices for events.
  • Attend event inspections and assist with problem-solving.
  • Manage event materials and rental inventory.

Qualifications

  • Availability to be on-site throughout the week with weekend availability.
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in event production required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and event management software.
