Job Description

ProBridge is seeking a Data Management Strategy Consultant with experience in data architecture, data governance, and data strategy to help financial services organizations maximize the value of their data assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of technical expertise and business acumen, enabling them to advise clients, facilitate workshops, and deliver actionable data strategies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with IT teams to define data architecture standards and integration patterns.
Evaluate and recommend data platforms, tools, and technologies to support effective data management.
Design scalable and efficient data models that enable advanced analytics and business intelligence.
Develop and implement data management strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Assess and optimize data governance frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.
Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leaders, helping them leverage data for strategic initiatives.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and identify data security risks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
5+ years of experience in data management, data governance, or data strategy consulting.
Expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration architectures.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality management, and metadata management.
Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and data warehousing solutions.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other data manipulation languages.
