Provide advice and support to managers and employees on HR programs and policies.

Manage employee relations issues and conflict resolution activities.
Assist with staffing needs, performance reviews, and HR programs.
Maintain compliance with legal requirements and government regulations.

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
Experience with HRIS systems and collective bargaining agreements preferred.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
