Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper and Office Manager to provide administrative support. The role involves managing bookkeeping tasks, handling customer interactions, and maintaining office organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails
  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Provide accurate information on sales orders
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve issues
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions
  • Keep detailed records and file documents
  • Screen phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Develop and maintain an organized filing system

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and QuickBooks
  • Customer support experience
  • Personal Assistant and Office Manager experience
  • Strong communication and phone handling skills
