Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business goals
  • Oversee full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention
  • Lead performance management processes and compensation planning
  • Manage benefits administration and ensure ADP platform optimization
  • Develop and implement training and professional development programs
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partner with leadership to foster an engaging and inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage HR budget and resources effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Extensive experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience in software/technology industry preferred
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience scaling HR functions in growing organizations
