Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely scheduling and tracking of travel for employees
  • Participate in intake calls between recruiters and hiring managers
  • Coordinate with various departments for requisition creation and assist in ATS management
  • Facilitate the offer process for prospective candidates
  • Perform additional duties and assignments as required

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or a multinational service center
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, and AAP guidelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
