OrthoNebraska is seeking a Benefits Administrator to manage and administer the organization's employee benefits programs. The ideal candidate will ensure competitive benefit programs, compliance with regulations, and act as a key resource for employees.
Manage and administer employee benefits programs such as health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
Research and evaluate benefits plans to identify best value options. Design and implement new benefit programs.
Coordinate benefits open enrollment process and collaborate with payroll on adjustments.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
3+ years of benefits administration experience required. Healthcare experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations related to benefits administration preferred.
