TownTasks is seeking a Software Integration Manager to join our team in West Chester, OH. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating project efforts, managing expectations, and delivering high-quality software products within budget and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and cost estimates.
  • Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment.
  • Lead customer collaboration and testing oversight.
  • Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment of project objectives with client expectations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate agile ceremonies.
  • Anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of project specifications and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of managing software projects in material handling, logistics, or WES space.
  • Experience with warehouse automation technologies and system integration.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management tools.
