Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a part-time Dietary Aide to join Country Oaks Care Center. This role involves assisting in food preparation, storage, and service in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Responsibilities

Follow department procedures for handling dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
Ensure proper labeling and dating of all food items
Maintain food quality and prevent contamination
Assist with tray line setup and assembly

Qualifications

Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
Flexible schedule with weekend availability
Ability to handle food safely and follow food safety protocols
