Job Description

Blufox Mobile, the largest branded partner for Comcast XFINITY services, is looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead sales and operations at our Burlington location.

Responsibilities

Maximize sales by leading a team of Sales Representatives
Analyze business performance and implement strategies to achieve goals
Recruit, train, and manage sales reps
Manage inventory and cash handling procedures
Ensure excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of sales experience required
Wireless/cable/retail sales experience preferred
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs
Reliable transportation
