Job Description

Assist the Store Director in managing store operations and personnel in a grocery store setting.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Director in daily responsibilities
Manage store personnel and assist with training and development
Handle customer complaints and identify pricing discrepancies
Maintain safety standards and oversee sanitation and equipment maintenance
Create weekly schedules and plan merchandise displays

Qualifications

High school education, college education helpful
3+ years experience in supermarket industry
Working knowledge of store operations
Excellent communication and math skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
