Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of foodservice operations
Ensure timely service and meet all operational timelines
Handle financial planning, budgeting, and reporting
Supervise and train staff
Conduct audits to maintain standards

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Food Services Technology/Management or related field preferred
Minimum five years of retail foodservice management experience
Knowledge of food trends, quality, production, and sanitation
Previous P&L accountability and multi-unit management experience desirable
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
