Job Description

Join our team as a Virtual Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Representative and assist patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals using the Opus Health program. This role offers a flexible remote work environment and the opportunity to make a difference in healthcare outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
  • Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, and other contact methods
  • Assess user issues and provide first-level support for problem resolution
  • Document resolutions and escalate unresolved issues
  • Work 40 hours per week during specified shifts with moderate supervision

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required
  • HIPAA certification is mandatory
  • Minimum of 3 years of call center experience required
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus
