Job Description

The Warehouse Lead is responsible for providing leadership to the team, training and evaluating Warehouse Personnel and processes, and maintaining expertise in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct daily warehouse activities
Train and evaluate Warehouse Personnel
Communicate with Warehouse Management
Ensure compliance with safety policies
Motivate team to deliver results
Assist in interviewing potential candidates

Qualifications

Extensive knowledge of Warehouse Processes and Systems
Strong communication and computer skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of work experience
