Responsibilities

Serve as the lead facilitator for professional skills training sessions at undergraduate business programs, MBA programs, investment banks, and corporate institutions.
Deliver engaging and effective in-person workshops tailored to diverse audiences.
Collaborate with clients to adapt training content to their unique needs.
Represent Wall Street Prep as a subject matter expert in professional skills development.

Qualifications

Experience in learning and development, corporate communications, or people operations within a top-tier investment bank.
Passion for teaching and strong command of professional skills.
MBA from a top business school preferred.
Availability to conduct training sessions Monday-Friday.
