Job Description

The Advising Support Representative is responsible for creating a high-quality experience for learners throughout their experience at Capella University. They empower learners to think proactively about their program, equip them with necessary tools and resources, and assist in removing roadblocks. This role requires extensive knowledge of university policies, programs, academic plans, financing, and general university information.

Responsibilities

  • Support learner requests regarding academics and records
  • Provide exceptional service experience to learners
  • Inform learners of important milestones in their programs
  • Educate learners about self-service resources
  • Respond to learners via various communication channels

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • High school diploma required, some college experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
