As a Geek Squad Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking technology support and solutions. You will provide timely and accurate assistance to customers in a retail store setting.

Responsibilities

Provide positive and timely service to customers during check-in and checkout
Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates
Help set up and repair technology devices
Monitor service queues and provide status updates
Communicate and partner with fellow agents

Qualifications

3 months of retail or customer service experience
Passion for technology and problem-solving
