Job Description

Join our team as an Admin Support Clerk - II to assist in the Payroll Tax department. Research tax agency notices, resolve inquiries, prepare returns, and analyze complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Research tax agency notices and collaborate with vendors
  • Resolve inquiries related to state and local taxes
  • Prepare abatement letter requests and returns
  • Perform reconciliations and analyze complex issues
  • Identify patterns and root cause analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or three years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Excel and HCM systems
  • Experience in Payroll Tax and multi-state tax regulations
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Payroll functional processes
