Responsibilities

  • Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service
  • Train crew on best customer service practices
  • Lead store to achieve customer service goals
  • Manage front end operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise crew members
  • Perform store maintenance tasks

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • College experience preferred
