Responsibilities

Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service
Train crew on best customer service practices
Lead store to achieve customer service goals
Manage front end operations
Recruit, train, and supervise crew members
Perform store maintenance tasks

Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of management experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task
College experience preferred
