Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Billing Coordinator to join our team in Hackensack, NJ. The ideal candidate will have hands-on billing experience in a law firm, be proficient in E-billing procedures, and possess strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Prepare and edit client invoices in accordance with firm policies and client guidelines. Review and verify accuracy of billing data. Coordinate with attorneys and other staff to resolve billing discrepancies. Process write-offs following firm policy. Create new billing formats as needed.

Qualifications

3 or more years of hands-on billing experience in a law firm. Proficiency with Elite 3E, Aderant, or equivalent accounting software. Strong proficiency with MS Office. Ability to multi-task and prioritize. Strong attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands.
