Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Kindergarten Assistant Teacher to join our tuition-free, public charter school serving grades K-4. The ideal candidate will support the Lead Teacher in facilitating strong classrooms and small groups of students for various subjects.

Responsibilities

Support high-quality curricula and assessment resources daily
Maintain an assets-based, growth mindset for every student
Collaborate with families to create Learning Partnership Plans
Implement restorative approaches to build community

Qualifications

High-school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of experience working with children
Paraprofessional certification
