Job Description

Collins is seeking an experienced Reliability & Maintainability Engineer to analyze and predict the reliability of military systems and equipment. This role involves providing R&M support to new development programs, conducting reliability and maintainability predictions and analyses, and more.

Responsibilities

Conduct aerospace Reliability and Maintainability analysis.
Support R&M Program Plan Reliability Predictions following industry standards.
Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis and stress testing.
Analyze and predict the reliability of military systems and equipment.
Adhere to strict customer-driven reliability standards.

Qualifications

Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with Reliability and Maintainability analysis.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Experience with circuit and mechanical/electrical design analysis.
